When it comes to caring for your earrings, it's important to treat them with the same level of care and attention as any other piece of jewellery.
To keep them in pristine condition, it's recommended that you store your earrings in a cool, dry place when you're not wearing them.
Avoid exposing them to harsh chemicals, perfumes, and jewellery cleaners, as these can cause damage over time.
Additionally, it is not recommended wearing them in the shower or when swimming in bodies of water, as this is potentially very damaging to polymer clay.
Each pair of earrings is individually handcrafted, which means that no two pairs are exactly the same. While this may result in slight imperfections, it also means that each pair is completely unique and special. Rest assured that we take great care in selecting only the best earrings to send out to our customers, so you can enjoy them for years to come.
If worn every day, silver and gold-plated jewellery will gradually start to show wear, particularly on highly-used components such as the chain or back of a pendant or the backs of your earrings.
You may see the colour slowly changing, but this is not a fault of the item, it is general wear.
We recommend you store your plated jewellery in a sealed plastic bag when you aren’t wearing it, to help keep it in good condition.
We go all out to package your items so they arrive in tip-top shape! However, if you do find any damage, feel free to reach out to thesuffolkcrafter@gmail.com, providing a photo of the faulty item, and I will offer guidance on how I can best help you.
When you're sending your item back, don't forget to include the original invoice (if you can find it). If not, just add a note with your contact details and order number.
To avoid any disappearing acts, I highly recommend using a tracked service to return your item. Remember, I can't be held accountable for any vanishing acts in the return post!
Please return a faulty product within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund, or have me work my magic to fix it for you!
Heads up! Earrings in perfect condition can't be returned for hygiene and safety reasons!

Returning Personalised Items for a Refund
Sorry, no returns or refunds for personalised goodies (unless they're broken). This applies to anything specially crafted with your chosen name, location, material, message, or other custom flair that sets it apart.
If you rock silver and gold-plated bling every single day, don't be surprised if it starts to show some wear and tear. Especially on those well-loved parts like the chain or the back of a pendant, or even the backs of your earrings!
